Salad seafood cocktail
Quick, easy and very tasty salad.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    0.5 kg

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

Wine diluted with water, add salt, bring to boil, pour the defrosted seafood. Leave it to cool down.

To make the sauce-dressing. Mix wine, mustard, honey, Basil, olive oil, chopped garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let stand a few minutes. Fish cut into small cubes. Add the seafood, season with sauce. If the sauce is sour, add sugar.
