The Bread
Wonderful bread! Very quickly prepared, the result shocked me. Crispy crust, the crumb airy, like a cloud, soft, fluffy. We fell in love with this bread. Source - the Internet.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    20 g

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    20 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

In warm milk bred honey, dry yeast, all mix until dissolved and leave in a warm place for 5-7 minutes.

In the milk-yeast mixture, egg, add salt and mix everything. Then, while stirring the mixture with a wooden spoon, gradually add flour and vegetable oil.

The result is a shaggy, slightly sticky mass.

We shift the dough in a food processor (or in a bread machine with the regime of the dough) and knead soft and elastic dough. Knead the dough 4-5 minutes need. I used the mixer, it worked.

Well mixed dough is put in a bowl and leave in a warm place for 5-10 minutes.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil, put into it the dough and put in warm oven for 10-15 minutes (without closing the door of the oven). The oven temperature should be no more than 60 degrees.

During this time the dough should slightly go up and increase in volume by about 30-35 percent.

Increase oven temperature to 180-190 degrees and bake bread 20-25 minutes (already in the usual way of baking bread).

Ready bread remove from the oven, put it on the grill and allow it to cool at least 15-20 minutes.
