Salad
Light, delicate, unusual flavor. The salad is very lean and low in calories. Good for everyday and festive table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry

Chicken breast boil, cool, cut into medium-sized pieces.

Apple cleaned (I do with the skins), cut into small cubes. Mix water and lemon juice, sprinkle the apples not to turn dark.

Mix the apples and chicken, add salt to taste. Separately prepare the dressing: mix mayonnaise and sour cream, add the curry powder (I do not specify the amount, as it all depends on Your taste). Mix well.

Then dressed the salad.
