Caviar zucchini
Caviar vegetable very much, do not argue. I read a few recipes, look for ingredients - no such. I offer on Your court - caviar and zucchini no vinegar, and the Basil really refines the taste. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    3 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    500 ml

  • Tomato paste

    500 g

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Basil

    0.5 coup

Cooking

Wash vegetables, peel. Onion and zucchini cut. Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Add in the 10-12 L. pan. Add the butter and pasta, salt and sugar, mix well.

Pour 1 Cup of water, put on fire, bring to boil. Cook for 1 hour, at a gentle simmer, occasionally stirring.
