Shinkuem cabbage, peppers cut into strips, carrots grate on a coarse grater, garlic press out through chesnokodavilku, fuck the three on a small grater. Put everything in a large pot or enamel bucket (I bucket ). There also add salt, sugar, vinegar. Then everything is mixed ( don't mash, and mix it. This is important.)
Then all ukladam in a 3 quart lightly tamping, but not much. The remaining brine also pour into the jar. Put into the fridge and after 24 hours the cabbage is ready. Eat health!!
