Pickled cabbage with horseradish and pepper
Cabbage with a sweet-spicy taste. Suited to any garnish, as well as a very great compliment. All my friends love it!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    2.5 kg

  • Pepper

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Horseradish

    200 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

Shinkuem cabbage, peppers cut into strips, carrots grate on a coarse grater, garlic press out through chesnokodavilku, fuck the three on a small grater.
