Popular worldwide tidbit which to prepare at home will not be easy. I'm sure many of You have prepared marmalade repeatedly. Looking for beautiful hill mandarins, decided to make Mandarin marmalade. It was very tasty, flavorful, and most importantly, without additives and flavorings.

Cooking
Tangerine peel, squeeze the juice from them. You get about 400 grams of juice. 100 grams of juice to take a leak in a container ( glass) and add the agar agar, stir and leave for 10 minutes.
In the other Cup we have 300 grams of juice.
In a small saucepan pour 300 grams of juice and pour the sugar, stir, bring to a boil. Then add the juice with agar-agar, stir well again, bring to the boil, remove from heat.
Pour the mixture into a silicone form.
Leave to cool, then place in the fridge for 2 hours but preferably until the next day.
Marmalade out of form, cut into rectangular pieces and roll in sugar.
