Remember how moms in the childhood bought you a "Sissy"? The taste is very similar to the one from my childhood: delicate, Apple-butter. Now also selling all sorts of baby fruit puree, but the price... the exact regret. This recipe and the taste is good, and in the fight helps with the harvest. However, quite time-consuming, but simple. I read it three years ago in the magazine "Love to cook", then (already been) found on the website "cook", but he had no photos. Someone, maybe step-by-step photos will help.

A set of products. The cream have to be without the herbal supplements. Water and sugar I did not photograph. Apples can be any (I have my own, so cut quite a lot: worms, bruises...). Net weight is already prepared sliced apples I got about 3 kg.

Apples clear from the skin, remove the core, cut into slices. The degree of grinding depends on the type: the sweeter the apples, the larger may be sliced.

Add water (1-2 cups, depending on juiciness of apples), it is better to add parts as evaporation. I have 1 Cup. Put on the stove, bring to a boil over very low heat (so it doesn't stick) cook until tender apples. I have a solid apples, boiled about 30 minutes. To speed up the process you can cover anything. I went to fit only glass cutting Board.

Softened apples blend in any way (blender, chopper, colander, sieve...).

Add sugar (according to your taste, you can increase-decrease) and cream, stir to boil, stirring constantly, 15-20 minutes. Caution - the weight is pretty much squirts.

Pour puree into the prepared jars, scooping the boiling mid. Tighten the lid.

Banks to turn, leave it to cool down under the towel. When brewed the first time, from the plate almost did not depart puree turned out nearly white, and the second time already emboldened – the apples a little burnt and the color turned out darker, but the taste didn't suffer.

Bon appetit. The finished puree can be used as Breakfast, afternoon tea as a separate meal or in the morning add to the soaked Hercules (a good healthy Breakfast), cheese. You can also use as a layer in a roll or add to any cream, which includes fruit puree.
