Cooking
Prepare your ingredients. Herring strongly recommend to take salt, whole, not filleted. The butter should be at room temperature.
Herring cut and cleaned from the bones. Then chop with a knife in textured ground into small pieces.
Finely chop the greens. The amount of greens depends on your taste and mood, and ranges from 3-4 sprigs to the beam.
Butter softened. Add the greens and slices of herring. Add 1 tsp of mustard. Mass mix well.
Then form a sausage and wrap it in plastic wrap. Oil refrigerate before serving.
