Snack cake
I made this cake to OTHERS his daughter, and just then the competition was announced... the Cake turned out very tasty, juicy and deservedly became a festive table decoration! We loved it, and you try!

Heat the casserole 15 oz. oil and stew in it, the spinach 1 tbsp chopped green onion (white part) 1 clove of garlic skip through the press. Simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool and wring out the juice. Blend in a blender. Add a little dill, salt and pepper.

Carrots to boil and clean.

Put in blender, add nuts, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Blend.

Beat the whites with a pinch of salt. In a container of pureed carrots to add 30 gr. flour and half protein. Stir with a spatula.

To pureed spinach add 30 gr. flour and the remaining egg whites. Mix well.

On a sheet of baking paper draw 2 circles with a diameter of 20 cm. In one place the spinach dough, the other carrot. Bake in pre-heated to 180°C oven for 20 minutes. Be guided by your oven!

Basic cake: 200 gr. cheese punching in a blender, add the 2 eggs beaten with a fork, butter 50 gr., salt, pepper, chopped rosemary, 1 tablespoon green onions (the white part), sour cream, baking powder and gradually add the flour knead the dough. It should be a little thicker than for pancakes. VERY IMPORTANT!!! Be careful with the flour, it in all regions different, so I suggest to add it gradually, I moved it and the cakes I got rather compact! As in the first case, draw 2 circles with a diameter of 20 cm and placed them in the dough.

Bake in pre-heated to 180°C oven for 20 minutes. Be guided by your oven!

Products for "cream": Punching in a blender with feta cheese, cottage cheese 350 gr. and passed through the press a clove of garlic. Add sour cream 250 gr., mayonnaise 100 g. and mix well.

Cook in a cool 4 eggs. Cool. 1 egg rubbed on a grater, add 2 tbsp sliced olives, garlic powder and 40 gr. mayonnaise. Mix well.

Build a piece of ham and put on him the filling. Twist rolls. To do exactly the same with the rest of the ham and cheese. A total of 3 rolls with ham and 3 cheese roulade.

Assembly: In the culinary ring to place 1 of the main cake (I pre-cut it slightly in a circle)

Grease it 1/3 part of the cream and covered rolls. Between them add a little more cream.

Cover the carrot layer and gently press down with your palms on top. Spread 30 g of mayonnaise and sprinkle with dill.

Place spinach on top of the cake and smear with a little more half of the remaining cream. Cover 2nd basic cake. Put the cake for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

In the remaining cream add 80 gr. mayonnaise and mix well. To free the cake from the ring and lubricate the top and sides with cream.

Boca garnish with chopped greens. Top the remaining 3 PCs. boiled eggs, black olives, spinach leaves, mint or vegetables. Place in the refrigerator.
