Potatoes grilled with a surprise
Luscious potatoes with crispy edges and a tender filling, soaked with meat juice and toasted Golden cap. Delicious even cold. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

For potatoes, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vegetable oil and starch, add favorite spices

Peel the potatoes, cut them lengthwise and scoop out the middle

Chicken fillet and onion cut into pieces. Place in the bowl of a blender. There also add parts from potatoes

Pour the remaining 1 tbsp of soy sauce and grind

Potatoes dipped in a mixture of soy sauce, vegetable oil, starch and spices. Spread on bars. Put in the center pieces with melted cheese

On top lay heaped stuffing. Bake on the grill for about 50-60 minutes
