Swedish meatballs
Probably many of you have already tried these famous meatballs when I went shopping at the famous furniture store. I never tried it, but heard a lot. Therefore I was very curious to try it, what is behind these meatballs, everyone has been talking about. Found the recipe in their directory, made some changes, tried it... and got it! Very, very tasty! Now we have to go to the store and try these to compare what the meatballs tastier store-bought or homemade :)))

To prepare the stuffing. Cut onion finely and fry in 1 tbsp olive oil until soft and transparent. We need boiled potatoes. It pre-boil and cool, clean. I forgot to boil it beforehand. so cooked it in the microwave. Put 2 small potatoes in a plastic bag at the bottom of the package, poured a little water. At this time you need to prepare sauces. Let's start with the cranberry. In a saucepan pour water, add sugar and spices. Bring to a boil. Add berries, mash them thoroughly, cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce is ready.

Now creamy sauce. In another saucepan, heat the broth (beef is better), pour in the milk. Bring to a boil. The starch or flour diluted in 1 tbsp water and pour in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and pour soy sauce. It will give a beautiful milky color of the sauce. Cook over medium heat until thick. Constantly stir.
