Cooking
To prepare the stuffing. Cut onion finely and fry in 1 tbsp olive oil until soft and transparent. We need boiled potatoes. It pre-boil and cool, clean. I forgot to boil it beforehand. so cooked it in the microwave. Put 2 small potatoes in a plastic bag at the bottom of the package, poured a little water. Tied the package made the package a few holes on the top and cooked potatoes at maximum power for 3 minutes. Left to cool in the microwave. Then cleaned and kneaded into a puree. To mashed potatoes add bread crumbs and fried onions.
Add both types of mince, pour the egg and milk. Good salt and pepper. Stir, chop it well to obtain a homogeneous stuffing.
To form balls the size of a walnut. Well roll in flour.
In the mix: olive (1 tbsp) butter (2 tbsp) and fry the meatballs until done, turning. When ready, cover and keep warm.
At this time you need to prepare sauces. Let's start with the cranberry. In a saucepan pour water, add sugar and spices. Bring to a boil. Add berries, mash them thoroughly, cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce is ready.
Now creamy sauce. In another saucepan, heat the broth (beef is better), pour in the milk. Bring to a boil. The starch or flour diluted in 1 tbsp water and pour in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and pour soy sauce. It will give a beautiful milky color of the sauce. Cook over medium heat until thick. Constantly stir.
I used the sauce brand "Kikkoman".
