Tropical liqueur, the taste of which is coconut. The production of coconut liquor is concentrated mainly in the area of the Islands of the Caribbean. Served with an ice cube.

Cooking
Divide coconut. Coconut water is not needed. Coconut pulp RUB on a coarse grater or chop in processor.
Pour 1 litre of strong rum (you can substitute on alcohol 70-75 degrees). Allow to infuse for 8-10 days, from time to time stirring the contents, turning the bottle.
Filtered through a clean cotton cloth.
Sugar and water boil thick syrup. Add vanilla.
The syrup is cooled, combine with alcohol.
Bottle, aged. Used better slightly chilled with an ice cube. The older, the better.
