Cooking
First take the paste. It took me 1 Cup of flour and half Cup water. It turned out 8 scones in total. See for yourself, you may need more or less flour and water.
Cover the dough with a cloth and leave for 10-15 minutes
Now for the fillings. They can be different - egg with onions, salty or sweet cheese, minced meat, pumpkin, rice, lamb offal with tomato paste, etc. I chose beef with onions and cheese with dried fruits. Curd mix with egg and sugar.
Add the prunes, apricots, raisins.
Forcemeat mix with finely chopped onion, black pepper, cottage cheese whey and vinegar. In the original recipe it is not. But the miracle is often prepared with sour serum, it is specially leave in a warm place for a few days. It turns out whey "vinegar". I just added in the whey spoon of regular vinegar.
The finished dough roll sausage
Divide into several parts.
Now roll out each piece thinly to the maximum vozmojnym oval. It is important!
Half oval lay a spoonful of the filling and leave the place at the edges. The filling is a bit smeared on the dough.
With cheese do the same thing.
Cover with second half of dough and zasiyaet region. Then cut the excess with a knife or saucer.
Fry on a completely dry pan, medium heat, until Golden brown. I turned every minute from one side to the other.
Each pellet be sure to oil a piece of butter or sour cream.
