Cooking
If you decided to make a cake with peanuts, the peanuts have to cook in advance or buy already roasted. Now, fry the peanuts over high heat. Once the nuts start to crackle - do medium heat and stir fry for about 7 min. Try to taste. Then, nuts, definitely, take from the pan and allow them to cool completely. Only after this, the husk will come very easily. Cleaned peanuts rolled with a rolling pin or chop coarsely. Literally to halves and quarters. The dust we don't need.
Let's start cooking with a dry component of the dough. Flour and cocoa sift.
Then in another bowl: break eggs, add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt! WHIP IS NOT NECESSARY! With a fork gently mix until smooth.
The most delicious step. :) In the pan - the butter cut into cubes, chocolate broken into pieces (I used the 180 gr. - 2 tiles) and melt on low heat in a liquid mass, stirring constantly. Then remove from heat.
Turn on the oven at 170 degrees for heating. The chocolate pour the egg-sugar mixture and stir. Should get here such stretching weight.
Then enter the dry mixture and nuts.
Pour the batter into a greased pan and put to bake in pre-heated (!) up to 170 degree oven for 30 min.
After 30 minutes take out of the oven. Let it cool down completely and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
After forces wait no more and wants to try - take out of fridge, cut in portions and optionally decorate with melted chocolate! :) Enjoy your tea! :)
