Homemade creamy ice cream with chocolate topping
Delicious, incredibly creamy, air soft ice cream with a caramel layer, covered with chocolate. Impossible to resist, will gather the ice cream in the blink of an eye! Cooking is very simple. You need 15 minutes of work in the kitchen, and 2 hours of patience in waiting until the ice cream hardens.

  • Marshmallows

To start, prepare the form, which will harden the ice cream. Cover it with cling film, you can film a little grease with vegetable oil without smell.

In the microwave (or water bath) to melt the chocolate with a tablespoon of milk and a small piece of butter. To pour part of chocolate in the form and send in the freezer to make the chocolate "seized".

Fill a pot with approximately 80 g of milk or liquid cream, add marshmallows and put it on the fire below average, constantly stirring the mixture. Melted marshmallows very quickly - less than a minute.

If you suddenly begin to burn, remove the pan from the heat and, with continuous stirring, bring the mixture to a smooth consistency. On density, color and appearance will be like condensed milk.

The cooled mixture a minute or two and add the cream. Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes, then add a tiny pinch of baking soda and again beat for another 2 minutes. Get beautiful, air mixture.
