Cooking
Tomatoes, cut into circles.
Cheese cut into small cubes.
Garlic is coarsely chopped. Basil (if fresh) - wash, dry, leaves separated, stems roughly chopped. Dried, everything is easier - just print the bag)))
In a blender put the olives, garlic, Basil and grind them. Add 3 tbsp olive oil and stir for another minute.
The pan lightly sprinkle with flour, put on the rolled out puff pastry. On the dough put washed and dried fish fillets, skin-side down. Sprinkle fish with remaining oil, season with salt and pepper.
Around the fillet evenly distribute the olive paste.
On top lay the tomatoes and cheese. Folded inside the edges of the dough with the lightly beaten egg. And send all of our beauty in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake 35-45 minutes depending on Your oven. Elegant dish is ready!
