Meatballs with buckwheat tomato sauce
Who remembers canteen meatballs in the Soviet Union, sure, as I couldn't stand. But if then they were prepared so they would become my favorite dish!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    20 piece

  • Chicken egg

  • Buckwheat

  • Banana

  • Green onions

  • Parsley

  • Vinegar

  • Broth

    100 g

  • Ketchup

    150 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

  • Salt
