Description

Cooking
Fish fillet mince (I grind up in a food processor).
Add in minced fish flour, egg yolks, wine (for the recipe you need to take dessert, I took a dry white), salt and pepper.
Separately, beat whites with sugar.
Put proteins in the meat, gently stir. Is a light, airy mass.
Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil, spread a spoonful of our burgers-pancakes, fry on both sides until Golden brown.
Serve in the original recipe recommended with green salad and soy sauce, but I think it is possible to vary the taste. Bon appetit!
