Chicken rolls with pickled corn
Bought pickled corn for a recipe, but forgot and so did nothing with it. A few days ago accidentally found this jar of chicken rolls and curled by themselves.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    500 g

  • Corn

    5 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Bacon

    80 g

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    50 g

Cooking

Chicken fillet wash, cut into portions and repel.

Melted cheese put into the freezer for 10 minutes, then grate on a coarse grater. Pepper remove seeds and finely chop. Cut the bacon into strips.

On beated put a strip of bacon, sprinkle with grated cheese and red pepper, black pepper (to taste). On the edge to put corn on the cob.

Roll and secure with toothpick.

Baking tray lay a foil, place the rolls, cover with foil. Bake at 180 gr. 15 minutes, then remove foil, sprinkle the rolls with grated cheese and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese melts.
