Meat cake
Tasty and tender meat cake. Can be eaten hot or cold. I hope everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Mushrooms

    600 g

  • Minced chicken

    900 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Take the minced chicken, salt it, pepper, add spices to taste, stir, pour in the cream, stir again.

Form grease with vegetable oil, spread half of the stuffing and place into a preheated oven at 180*C for 15 minutes.

After the specified time take out and spread on a dish. The same is done with the remaining meat. It turns out two of the meat cake. They must be cool!

In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry the mushrooms with onions.

Make a dipping for meat cakes: mushrooms with onions (already fried) chopped fresh herbs (chives, parsley, dill), garlic grind in a blender, then add cottage cheese and mayonnaise, all beat well.

I cut the cakes across in half, because they got really big happened (no small form). Each cake we coat our cheese-garlic-mushroom cream, let it sit (soak). And you can eat!
