Description
I have long wanted to cook pots, here is finally done. But on the website there are none, to my surprise... Potatoes, soaked in the aromas of meat and mushroom. A "two in one" - because immediately with some bread.

Cooking
The dough is cooked, as described here: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/181 69/ Only the number of ingredients you need to take three servings (they are listed in this recipe), and if more is to be expected. The recipe for the pita dough is enough for 6 pots. The dough leave to rise, in the meantime, prepare the remaining ingredients. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Fry it in vegetable oil, until almost cooked (I'm in the deep fryer).
Meat cut into small pieces and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Mushrooms cut into quarters. To put in pots.
The mushrooms - roasted meat.
Next, onion, diced, and roasted potatoes. Fill it all with water (a little more than half the pot), salt, pepper - to taste.
Now the dough. With oiled hands, tear off pieces and put in pot. The cap does not cover. My pot was filled 3/4 full, because the dough was in the pot, but if the content is more, put the dough on the sides of the pot, as you would rather cap.
Put in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake until it will turn brown test-caps. 30-35 minutes.
Pots ready!!! The dough was saturated with aromas of pot, bottom air, and the top is crispy. Bon appetit!!!
