Spaghetti with sauce
Favorite makaronchiki with a delicious, flavorful sauce. Sauce inspired by the famous "Bolognese" but in a more accessible form (no wine, cream, celery, Parmesan... ), but the taste will not disappoint You... help yourself!!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    500 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cumin

    1 cup

  • Basil

  • Tarragon

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Vegetable oil to heat in a frying pan, fry the finely sliced garlic a minute

Add the onion, fry until light it will turn brown.

Add the beef, continue to cook until all the water has evaporated and the meat will become brown.

Tomatoes (need to take the necessary juicy, ripe), scalded with boiling water, remove the peel, grind in a blender to pulp (there should be about 0.5 liters), add salt, pepper, Basil, tarragon, cumin, sugar, tomato paste, stir well.

Add to meat, simmer on low heat covered for about 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Periodically stir, add salt if needed.

Shortly before the willingness sauce boil pasta according to instructions (my spaghetti was ready in 8 minutes), drain in a colander, rinse them don't need to drain the liquid, lay on portions plates, pour over sauce, sprinkle with finely grated cheese and chopped greens.
