Scrambled eggs in puff pastry with ham

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    300 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Spices

  • Parsley

First, turn on the oven to heat up to 200C, roll out a layer of dough, not thin, but not thick.
