Cooking

step-0
For this snack doesn't have to take white beans the same as my photo. Nice and tasty will work with any dry beans - white, black, red and even mottled. Soak the beans overnight in plenty of water. In the morning boil until tender. Attention! Often advised to add baking soda on the tip of a knife to make the beans cook faster. Strongly advise doing so for this dish - the beans will fall apart into a mess, no time to blink, and then the lettuce is not ice.
step-1
While cooking the beans, fry the peeled nuts in a dry frying pan. You can, of course, not to do it, but I love the taste of roasted nuts. Nuts chop with a knife or smash to pieces, some half left whole for decoration
step-2
Onion cut and fry in vegetable oil until a nice flush of color. Oil should be enough to enough to fill the whole beans.
step-3
Beans drain in a colander and rinse with cold water, place it into a bowl, add salt, add the onion along with butter and nuts. The proportions given by me in the ingredients, is very conditional. The success of this snack - lots of rosy fragrant onions and walnuts. Stir, garnish with greens, cilantro better. Taste - delicious, easy and quick.
