Apple pie with a crispy crust
Get a tasty cake without flour, with a crunchy top and Apple filling.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Lemon juice

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Wash the apples, peel and cut into slices. Put into a form, covered with baking paper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.

Blend butter with 60 gr of sugar, add cereal.

Separately, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt. Carefully mix the whites with oil mixture.

Spread the "dough" for apples. Bake at 200*C for 40 minutes. Bon appetit!
