Salads with avocado, a great many, but one recipe will not be superfluous! The idea is taken from the magazine "Tasty and healthy". The salad is very light, and most importantly, useful! Two sauces - one flavor! And, quite different but good in its own right!
Cucumbers cut into strips, avocado - diced, salmon - straw, the eggs in half (you can quarter if the chicken, then coarsely chopped), arugula to break in half. On a plate lay out the "cushion" of arugula, chopped all the ingredients, garnish with cherry tomatoes (to taste). For the sauce mix the yogurt, chopped dill, grated cucumber slice (I went somewhere quartered cucumber), salt, dry herbs for the salad. The salad is ready! Bon appetit! It should be noted that here, you can experiment with salad dressing. The option of yogurt taken from the magazine, but! I strongly recommend another sauce (suddenly who does not know): 2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tsp soy sauce + 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, all mix well, the consistency will appear slightly thick, it's ready! Season the salad just before serving or you can put in a gravy boat on the table. If you use soy sauce, do not salt the salad! Depending on what sauce you use, it can be completely different tastes!
