Do you like homemade cakes? Fragrant, delicate, soft and beautiful buns? I and my family very much. Everyone is welcome to enjoy these rolls.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Salt

    10 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 pack

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

Put in a bucket of HP products to the test, according to the instructions.

Now take the long ribbon and the cross spread on the dough (as pictured), we proceed similarly with the rest of the ribbons (weave, thus, a pigtail).

Put the rolls on with parchment (or oiled) baking sheet. Cover with film and put in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then grease the coming up of the buns with the beaten egg.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven (my oven mode "Top and bottom with a fan") for 10-15 minutes. Be guided by your oven! The cooled scones optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
