Put in a bucket of HP products to the test, according to the instructions.
Choose the mode "the dough" (mine is 2 hours 20 min).
Here is the dough to get okonchaniy program.
Interrupting the dough and spread it in a greased bowl, cover with film and put in warm place to rise for 40 minutes.
Spread the dough on the table, interrupting it and divide into 20 pieces. Roll out each piece into a flapjack Ø 11-13cm, make 6 cuts on each side (as pictured).
On one side put 1 teaspoon of jam, close the second side (the opposite side from the filling) test. Good finger "fastening" bun.
Now take the long ribbon and the cross spread on the dough (as pictured), we proceed similarly with the rest of the ribbons (weave, thus, a pigtail).
Put the rolls on with parchment (or oiled) baking sheet. Cover with film and put in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then grease the coming up of the buns with the beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven (my oven mode "Top and bottom with a fan") for 10-15 minutes. Be guided by your oven! The cooled scones optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
