Cooking
With whisk at the highest speed, beat egg whites in a solid foam. Add the powdered sugar into the whites, 1-2 tablespoons at a time. Then add in the remaining mixture of vanilla sugar, almond essence, cinnamon, beat with a mixer at slow speed. Knead until the dough is thick.
Cut out a paper star with a diameter of 19 cm, 15 cm, 10 cm, 7 cm (I cut small stars, but they are not useful).
Roll out the dough thickness of 5 mm. stencil cut out dough stars of each size for 4 pieces.
Knead the dough trimming and re-roll; continue the process until you have used all the dough. Put on a baking tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then place on the grill and allow to cool.
To lay down big stars, rotating them slightly around the axis so that the rays of the stars do not coincide relative to the pair of stars. Promazyvaya each layer with honey.
