Description
For me, the hash becomes the main dish with the onset of spring. With what pleasure we all expect the heat, and now this wonderful dish. However, many have forgotten that the true okroshka is cooked on kvass, and cook it on anything... yogurt, whey and more. I offer a recipe of old hash. You can also try this.

Mustard

Cooking
Beef cut into cubes.
Potatoes cut into small cubes.
Eggs cut into cubes.
Cucumbers and radishes cut into small slices.
Finely chop the greens.
All the meats are mixed, add kvass, sour cream and mustard. Season with salt to taste. Bon appetit!
