  • Peanuts

    400 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

  • Chili

Cooking

step-0
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. If you have a special thermometer, the oil temperature should rise to 180 degrees. If not, the readiness of the oil can be checked by lowering a piece of bread. If the oil is sufficiently heated, the bread for 15 seconds it will become Golden brown.
step-1
Put peanuts into the oil. Cook for 5 minutes. Here I was really scared. I was afraid the oil will spit hot spray, but nothing happened )))
step-2
Then with a slotted spoon, remove the peanuts to put on paper towels to stack excess fat.
step-3
In a frying pan, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, chili pepper (if you like witty, take 2 pieces), orange zest and star anise. If you like the taste of star anise (anise), you can take 1 tsp. ground, then the taste will be more pronounced.
step-4
Bring to a boil over low heat and add the peanuts. Cook a few minutes until all nuts are covered with sauce.
step-5
Place it into a bowl and leave for 1 hour to let the nuts completely cool. Chopsticks, remove the zest, pepper and star anise. Serve with chilled beer.
