Summer! Fertile time of fresh, juicy vegetables! Bright, juicy, sweet pepper, onion, tomatoes! This dish is absolutely simple, but very tasty! Everything is cooked in one pan!

This recipe under this name came to me long ago, at school. It was recorded in my first cookery book))) I think many people have this))) Paprikash was prepared by the grandmother of my best friend. Grandfather they was in the military, they lived a long time in Hungary, then Moldova, then moved to our region. Grandma cooked very tasty, some dishes including this paprikash, we are preparing now every summer when the season starts juicy, beautiful peppers!

Here are our ingredients.

Wash the vegetables and clean. Cut onion into cubes, carrots three on a coarse grater. In a skillet, heated a little vegetable oil, put onion with the carrots and begin to cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cut the sausage cubes. I prepared different options - and with the usual cooked sausage and smoked and hunter's sausages – what You like, and use! Add the sausage to the onions and carrots, continue to fry. Do not forget to stir.

Sweet pepper cut into strips. Pepper should be a lot!!! I love the paprikash to use red, it is juicy, with sladenkoe and very beautiful! Add the peppers to the pan, gently stir.

Cover the pan with a lid and stew. As soon as you receive the juice, remove the lid.

Tomatoes cut into cubes. I have not removed the skins and seeds, we do not interfere. You can, of course, to do what you love! Add the tomatoes to the pan. Without the simmer lid to the juice evaporates. Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix well, spread with the vegetables. In a bowl whisk the egg (I cooked a large frying pan and so on a number took 2 eggs) and pour our vegetables, try to pour evenly. Cover with a lid and cook until cooked eggs.
