Meatloaf, steamed (delicious and quite easy to prepare). The recipe I saw on social networks. I wanted to cook. There he was called "Feng Shui". A daughter who helped to prepare, said that in Kyrgyzstan it's called "Oromo". I suspect that this recipe has many variants and names the same.

Ingredients

Knead the dough for dumpling from the usual 1 egg, 200 ml of water, 1 tsp salt and 1.5 cups of flour. To let it sit for about 15 minutes, meanwhile make the filling.
