Cooking
Boil the rice in salted water until tender.
Drain the water, rice cool.
Boiled beef cut into cubes or strips.
To the meat add the onions, sliced thin half-rings or cubes. If the bow of "evil", it is better to scald it with boiling water, and then rinse with cold water, or marinated in a mixture of water / vinegar 1:1 with a pinch of sugar that would add more spice to the salad.
Add the tomatoes and cucumber slices. Cherry tomatoes are perfect for this salad.
