Salad
Original, tasty and delicate salad! Part I cite from the author. My amendment is a replacement of canned pink salmon to marinate with (salted fresh frozen) and mine without lettuce (was not at the time of cooking).

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    2 can

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Dill

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Carrots

    120 g

  • Lettuce

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Cooking

First you have to marinate the onion: cut it into 4 pieces and then into sticks. Pour juice of half a lemon and add pepper. To allow to stand.

Boil the rice in lightly salted water until tender.

Carrots to grate and stew in a pan, but not fry. Just to make soft.

If you have the canned salmon, just to stretch. I have a home marinated. I cut it into small pieces.

Cucumber napisati thin strips and mix with finely chopped dill.

Now all stacked layers: 1. Lettuce leaves (if available); 2. Boiled rice; 3. Mayonnaise (slightly greased); 4. Salmon; 5. Mayonnaise; 6. Marinated and lightly pressed the bow; 7. Carrots; 8. Mayonnaise; 9. Cucumber with dill.
