Salad with pickled cabbage and mushrooms
The salad is simple to prepare, but will be way after the new year of lavish feasts. :)

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 cup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Fine chop the green onions.

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes.

Marinated mushrooms cut.

Pickled cabbage and rinse in cold water, squeeze and chop.

To in a bowl combine chopped vegetables and mushrooms. Add salt to taste and black pepper. To fill salad with vegetable oil.
