The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Sofa and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The roll we loved it, especially the delicious it the next day! Quite simply prepared and very quickly eaten .

Cooking
Prepare the cream. Take 2 cups of milk, 100g sugar, 3 tbsp flour (the author of the recipe was 2 tbsp, but I took more as the cream does not thicken), all mix and put on low heat, continuously stir, to not burnt and not "took" lumps. Cook until thick. Leave to cool.
Now in 250g of butter ...
... input, whisking continuously, our cold cream (small portions), whisk until smooth.
Now proceed to the preparation of the test. Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar into foam.
In whites gently introduce alternately the yolks and flour. Just do it quickly so the dough is not settled.
On the form put the parchment. Pour the batter, flatten it across the surface of the paper. Put in oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes (do not overdry).
On a damp towel to put the finished cake paper up and cover with a towel (literally a minute). Now remove the paper and grease with the cream. Banana cut into pieces and put on top of the cream.
Using towels to wrap the roll. Grease our loaf cream.
Grind the walnuts and decorate the cake.
