In cucumber pickle add 3 tbsp oil and 2 stack. flour mixed with soda. Knead elastic dough. If you brine too sweet (not very sweet, not very salty), you can add a pinch of sugar and salt. If flour will be enough, add some more, but the dough should not be steep, and soft and pliable.
