Cake
This recipe is from the book Elena Suchkova, the master-Baker, a leading teacher of the "school of chocolate", a developer of new technologies for working with chocolate and marzipan. Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Marzipan

  • Vanilla

  • Cream

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Raisins

    1 Tbsp

  • Jam apricot

    100 g

  • Pineapple

    80 g

  • Liqueur

    4 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    160 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

Mix the flour with semolina.

Add to dry mixture, nuts, raisins and chopped pineapple.

Beat the egg yolks with 1/3 of sugar.

Beat the whites with the remaining sugar until stable peaks.

In beaten yolks add dry mixture, pour the liqueur and stir. Gently spread the whites and stir from top to bottom to weight not opal. Put into a form and bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
