Cooking
Mix the flour with semolina.
Add to dry mixture, nuts, raisins and chopped pineapple.
Beat the egg yolks with 1/3 of sugar.
Beat the whites with the remaining sugar until stable peaks.
In beaten yolks add dry mixture, pour the liqueur and stir. Gently spread the whites and stir from top to bottom to weight not opal. Put into a form and bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
The finished cake to cool, remove from the mold, cut into 4 sections.
For the cream mix together: cottage cheese, half apricot jam, vanilla, lemon zest and a spoonful of liqueur. Beat with a blender on puree. Whip the cream and stir in cottage cheese.
