Thin mints Mojito
Crumbly cookies with a clear taste of mint. Like mint? Then this is Your cookie!!! Yes, I also want to say that on the second day of this cookie was tastier (I don't know why). Recipe source yolka, LJ

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Corn starch

    30 g

  • Rum

    2 Tbsp

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Mint

Cooking

Beat softened butter with powdered sugar.

Add chopped mint, juice and zest of lime. Sift the flour and cornstarch, and stir into oil mixture with a mixer (at minimum speed).

Roll into a ball and then into sausage.

Wrap in paper and put into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Grind (e.g. coffee grinder) dried mint with powdered sugar and roll it as a sausage. Cut into slices (squares).

Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 200* for 10-15 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
