Cottage cheese biscuits
My favorite cookies when I was little, and always begged my mom I made them and now I make them myself, maybe someone will fall in love just like me )))

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

Take the cheese, flour, butter (preferably softened, it is easier to mix) and hydrated soda, mix everything until a homogeneous mass. Take part of dough, roll out to a thickness of about 1-2 mm. and doing circles I'm doing them a glass or a Cup.
