It's a chilled drink with the flavour of cinnamon and caramel flavour.
Squeeze the juice from apples. Cut the apples into slices.
In a small saucepan, mix the juice, ginger, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and apples. Cook on medium heat for 5-10min.
Then pour the liquid through a sieve into a glass. Allow to cool 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Here and ready. Serve with whipped cream (or ice cream) and caramel syrup
