Cooking
Prepare the products.
My rhubarb, cleaned and cut. Put in the pot.
Add sugar and 1.5 l of water. Put on the fire.
Put the currants in a bowl, grind in a blender. With gauze squeeze juice.
The cake from the currant put in a saucepan the rhubarb, allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Strain the prepared drink. Cooled. ( I put the pot of drink in a large Cup with cold water).
In a pan with a chilled drink, add fresh blackcurrant juice. Mix well. Try, if you need to add sugar.
Serve the drink by adding ice cubes.
