Savoiardi. This gentle tasty cookies you can make yourself at home. Prepared quickly, and eaten even faster! PS the site already has a cookie recipes Savoiardi... Therefore, no claim to originality, just want to share with you my tested recipe (from the Italian pastry chef!) I would be glad if the recipe will come in handy!

Cooking
IMPORTANT! The ingredients listed on a sufficiently large number of cookies - get 5 - 5 1/2 the pan! You can safely reduce the number of products twice! So, eggs, room temperature, divided into whites and yolks. Beat the yolks with 100 g sugar and the vanilla is not very strong.
Beat the whites with the remaining sugar (75 g) until stable peaks!
Meanwhile, the flour and starch sift 2-3 times.
Into the beaten egg whites add in two egg yolks and dry mixture of flour and starch.
Quickly and gently mix turning movements until obtaining a lush mass. Fill with dough baking bag with a round smooth head...
To transplant on a baking tray, covered with baking paper (good quality, nothing to grease is not necessary!) cookies with a length of about 5 cm at a small distance from each other.
Sprinkle with one once powdered sugar to absorb and re-sprinkle powder.
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 10 minutes. In any case, watch out for your oven! Finished liver let stand for 3-4 minutes and after carefully remove from baking sheet and cool on a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container.
