Cooking
To the beef add the soy sauce. Garlic skip through the press, the onion and grate on a coarse grater.
Add spices and knead forcemeat. I use the Svan salt. Add to the mince soft butter at room temperature and semolina. Carefully knead the meat.
Raw potato peel and grate on a fine grater, pour in the milk. Once again knead the meat. To form cutlets and to fry from two parties on vegetable oil. If desired, you can roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs.
