Each of us has a treasured notebook of recipes, which is kept from school days. Recently I found a notebook. Since "we were young", special, masterpiece recipes is not recorded, and it was a different time... not Many products that could not buy, we have not even heard of... so I found the recipe for this salad in their "youth" entries. Cooking
Shred the cabbage. To place them in a bowl, season with salt and lightly mash with your hands.
Boil beetroot, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Cheese also three on a large grater.
To combine beets, cheese with cabbage, add canned green peas and mayonnaise.
