Salad with fish and oranges
Really like salads, but this one has interested me with the combination of fish-orange. Fish-lemon - everything is clear and familiar, and I was curious to try a new combination. The result exceeded all expectations. This salad went right into the category of my favorites, and my husband, usually quite restrained expressing his impressions, then couldn't stop and all praised and requested to cook it again and again.

Here's a set of uncomplicated products for our salad. The fish I had frozen.

For this recipe you can use any types of "white" fish. The recipe advised sea bass, I took heck. Clean the fish from bones and skin. Cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. But my fish after thawing did not want to undress, so I didn't cut her to pieces, but only took out the bone.

Prescription, alone, rice should be boiled for 10 min, and then the fish pieces join him and stew in the close company of another 10 min. But since I was not able to clear the fish from the skins, then cooked it I separately, and to rice for the first 10 minutes I added the bones fish.

The fish boil until tender. Salt it need not be, the lemon replaces the salt here. Remove the finished fish from the pan, let it slightly cool down (for convenience), remove the skin and separate into small pieces.

Oranges peel. Better to do it over a bowl so as not to lose released during this juice - it will be our dressing. Cut it into thin slices. Separately, you can leave a few slices for decoration.
