Gravlax – special Scandinavian dish made from raw salmon, pieces of which are flavored with salt, sugar, spices and herbs, in fact, is a salted fermented fish. Gravlax are commonly served as snacks. The name "Gravlax" is literally translated from Swedish as "grave", "buried" or "buried" salmon. Modern recipe Gravlax comes from the ancient Scandinavian method of storing and preservation of salmon, used in the days when refrigeration was not yet. Any convenient way to grind juniper berries (ideally grind in a mortar), to remove the zest from the lemon, mix with crushed juniper

Add dill, vodka, permert

Add in the seasoning, sweet soy sauce, mix well

RUB with a mixture of fish, RUB the skin with salt

Folding fillet each other, skin to the outside, tight rewinds the tape. Put a small weight (I put a water-filled 0.5 liter jar), refrigerate for 2 days. Before serving the remaining marinade with dill with fish clean off.
