Buckwheat soup
Soup with buckwheat groats, are nutritious and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    2 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 l

Prepare foods for soup

Potatoes cut into cubes, onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater, tomatoes and a cube formed by the small diameter meatballs

In a frying pan put a knob of butter, heats, then fry the onion, carrots and then tomatoes.

In boiling water, lay the sauteed vegetables, potatoes. After 10 minutes, put the buckwheat and meatballs. (Meatballs: beef+raw egg, if the consistency of the meat will turn liquid add some flour).

As soon as put the meatballs, add the soy sauce. The soup needs to stew for 20-30 minutes on low heat.
