Description
Good morning everyone, day or night! This year freak a lot of apples (on branches more apples than leaves), and I'm in a hurry to close a little more applesauce, the taste is very similar to baby food (as called by my godson: "Apple mashed potatoes"). Me 5 buckets of apples ( and a lot of hard work for the whole day) and not finding on the website anything like that, I want to share. Puree is great for pies, strudel, home-made meringues and just on a bun (as I love all my kids). And most importantly - a minimum of sugar (have to work hard of course). But all our chores in the kitchen, when we see the satisfied and happy faces of our loved ones, tucking away hours of work!!!

Cooking
Take the apples in any amount. I have this bucket (so used to that-from the bucket turns out as just a complete pelvis).
Clean and chop the apples slightly larger than for drying.
Add 2 cups of water (if the apples are dry, then 3) and put on to cook. Meanwhile, wash and sterilize jars, stirring occasionally our apples.
After 35-40 minutes carefully grind the apples with an immersion blender. Add sugar to taste (for this amount of apples it took me 1 Cup of sugar), stir well and arrange in jars. If you keep going in the apartment, on top lightly sprinkle with sugar. Close. Wrap it up without turning.
Bon appetit!!! I will be very glad if my recipe will be useful to someone.
