Pork in a non-traditional sweet and sour sauce
What can I say about this recipe? The meat is delicious and not exactly a traditional sweet and sour sauce just crazy. The dish turns out harmonious flavor combinations. I admit, I'm not a great fan of pork, but this recipe it is really very worthy.

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vodka

    1 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Maple syrup

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Green onions

  • Sesame

It is best to take a cut, so the meat will be 100% juicy and soft. Meat cut into small pieces across the grain. (I was part of the hip, so the meat I pre-walked the special tool for pounding with sharp blades.)

To make the marinade: mix the vodka, soy sauce and spices.

Pour marinade the meat, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for a few hours and preferably overnight.

Mix 3 tablespoons of ice water, flour, starch and soda.

Pour over the meat and carefully mix to the meat was completely covered with mixture.

Take a medium deep pot or pan and fill it halfway with oil. Heat the oil to 180 degrees. If You don't have a special thermometer, check the readiness of the following: drop a small piece of bread, rested a few days. At this temperature it should brown in 30 seconds. Parties to drop the pork pieces into the oil and cook for about 3 minutes. Ready meat shift on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

To make the sauce: mix the ketchup, soy and Worcestershire sauces, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil and water. Put on fire and bring to boil. Mix 1 tbsp starch with 1-2 tbsp water, add to sauce and cook until thick.

Add meat pieces and mix thoroughly so that the sauce completely covers the meat.

When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
